A growing $1B global software provider was challenged with filling dozens of niche, hard-to-find, technical sales positions. Newton Talent seamlessly partnered with the client's HR team to drive sourcing, screening, and hiring for 32 open positions across North America.

To support strategic growth goals, Executive Sales Leadership launched an organization transformation initiative that created 56 new sales positions worldwide, including 32 in North America.

Requirements for these sales positions included traditional account management skills as well as technical skills, requiring an advanced engineering background or education. Filling these positions was even more challenging, because the candidate pool was both shallow and passive.

Newton Talent provided both sourcing and recruiting support, working seamlessly alongside the clients recruiting team and HR Business Partners to exceed the goals of this time-sensitive hiring initiative, including adhering to the client's internal processes to ensure EEO compliance.

In addition to helping fill these hard-to-find sales positions, Newton's senior recruiter engaged Newtons sourcing team to provide additional sourcing and phone screening capacity, thereby alleviating the workload on client and Newton recruiters alike.

Newton demonstrated additional value-add by taking on activities supporting the entire team, including the development of an interview guide.

The client exceeded its $1B revenue goal, aided by the addition of the 32 technical sales people in North America.

The combined client and Newton Talent team filled these positions with high-quality candidates within the 3-month project deadline. Newton Talent was directly responsible for hiring 12 of the 32 positions.

In addition to meeting timeline deadlines and quality goals, the Client achieved significant cost savings by limiting its use of third-party agencies for this critical, time-sensitive project.
